 Stephen Clemente 

Stephen Clemente – President

Stephen Clemente has been with Nelnet for the past five years with areas of responsibility that have ranged from campus sales to research and development to executive management. Stephen was the lead architect in the migration for Nelnet’s diversification into a formalized division of enrollment solutions, which now consists of affiliate companies (including Peterson’s). In his current role, Stephen is the overall accountable owner for all business lines that comprise our Content Solutions Division, which is comprised of Publishing, Institutional Research, Test Preparation, Resource Centers, Data Licensing, Corporate Sponsorships, Essay and Resume Editing Services, and Government/Military Partnerships.

Prior to joining Nelnet, Stephen held senior management level positions at American Student Assistance and JPMorganChase within the Education Finance sectors. Additionally, Stephen has been responsible for leadership positions in Financial Aid, Career Development, and Student Affairs at James Madison University and Appalachian State University.


 

 Kimberle Cohen 

Kimberle Cohen – Senior Manager of Finance

Kimberle Cohen is the Senior Manager of Finance for Nelnet Enrollment Solutions (NES). She provides strategic financial support for CUnet and Peterson’s within NES. Her responsibilities include budget preparation and the management of the accounts receivable and collections functions. Kimberle’s expertise ultimately facilitates continuous improvements for financial processes for NES leading to improved products and services for customers.

Kimberle has more than 11 years of experience in the finance field. Prior to joining NES, she has worked as Senior Director of Finance at DoubleClick, a division of Google, and as Senior Associate of Audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.


 

 Chad Billmyer 

Chad Billmyer – Managing Director, Recruitment Services

Chad Billmyer is Managing Director of Recruitment Services at Peterson’s within Nelnet Enrollment Solutions. Chad provides leadership to research, product development, and customer support teams focused on creating and delivering products and services that aim to match the right student with the right school or education program. With his expertise in Web-based software development and his understanding of the needs of education-seeking families, Chad guides a team of professionals to develop the best possible online tools to help students successfully navigate a path to college, graduate school, the military, or a career.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brown University and is the co- founder and former CEO of Foresite Solutions.


 

 Frank Costanzo 

Frank Costanzo – Managing Director, Government and Corporate Sales

Frank Costanzo, Managing Director of Government and Corporate Sales, joined Peterson’s in 1999 and is responsible for several of Peterson’s businesses, including the Government, Corporate and the Data Licensing markets. Frank has more than 20 years of experience building technology-based, new-business enterprises across varied industries, including education, banking, online brokerage, publishing and entertainment.

At Peterson’s Frank works with the entire team to focus on customer-centered business development, management of internal and external sales teams, strategic planning/opportunity analysis, market positioning, ongoing product enhancements and new product innovation. Frank works with the Peterson’s team to develop and deploy customized solutions that serve parents, students and adults with college planning, academic preparation, career exploration and financial aid solutions.


 

 Michael Fleischner 

Michael Fleischner – Managing Director, Recruitment Services

Michael Fleischner is Managing Director of Recruitment Services at Peterson’s and is responsible for the recruitment products and services that are sold to colleges and universities. These services include print and online advertising, as well as pay-for-performance promotions through a variety of innovative delivery channels developed by Peterson’s. Michael has led various marketing and customer service teams over his 10-year career at Peterson’s with great success in large part because of his dedication to providing customers with best-in-class services to help them reach their education and career goals. Michael is passionate not only about his customers, but also about never-ending improvement in everything he does.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers College and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. Prior to joining Peterson’s, he held leadership positions in marketing and sales at Caliper Human Development, Learning Technologies and USG Corporation.
